Group sessions, led by professional counselors, are offered on a regular basis for women trying to reconnect with who they are and gain self-confidence. Group discussion themes include self-care, health, financial issues and self-awareness. A variety of approaches are used, such as Zentangle, Personality Dimensions, Laughter Yoga and many more.
Everything discussed in group sessions is completely confidential. Counselors and participants honour the maxim that “What happens in Group stays in Group”, so no one needs fear their personal experiences or feelings will be shared outside Group.
Hearing about each other’s experiences often helps women realize they are not alone.
